for a couple of days & Mum & Dad and the Courtney family are all well.
I was moved from the last company to another unit & it is swell I am still a Chauffeur only its to a Leut./???? so I am getting on he is a swell person & He no’s big onions.
I expect to be out to see you about next August as we don’t think Hitler can last much longer as he is afraid to let his German people no how many men were lost at Dunkirk one lads that were there say they cut them down like grass as they came over in mass formation shout heil Adolf & walked at barrages of shell fire. they still kept coming until the 15th Batt of Camerronines give them a bayontt Charge & they ran like hell shouting for Mercy which our lad’s gave them like blazes.
