Dear Anne & Frank

I guess this will be a surprise hearing from me.

Well Frank I am still in the army doing well so is Michael.

I expect you hear the news about the way the war is going and believe me old Haw Haw thatís the German announcer.  He is a proper lair.  We are living just like normal times the only thing the reminds us there is a war on is our Transport Sergeant but he is nuts.

I have seen one big air battle on the coast & boy did our Spitfires give em it they not blazes out of Fritz & they are doing it every day.

I hope You & Anne & Maureen are well.  As I was home
