Dear Frank & Anne & Family

            I expect you think that we have forgot you all, but, I have been waiting on an answer from you since I received your letter in Sept 1940, but nothing has arrived

            Everybody is fine hear and Mum is looking after 5 Soldiers so I expect you will understand that she is enjoying the way she likes it Dad is getting on now but he is still working away but I expect he will have to finish soon as he is trying to beat old Mother Nature he never complains but every time I get home I can see the difference in him. I think that he would like to come out to your part of the World, so don’t be surprised if
